Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

June 3 Prayer Requests

Here are our prayer requests for the week:
  • Please keep VBS in your prayers - we have a record number of children registered (over 200), and we have a great opportunity to share Christ with them. Please pray for the leaders (Mindy and Rose), all the teachers and helpers, the music, skit, craft, and kitchen people, and all the children.
  • There is a group of teenagers from Maria Stein who are in Haiti on a mission trip - please keep them in your prayers as they share the Good News.
  • Gene O (Sr) is in the hospital.
  • Please keep the family of Dick S in your prayers as he passed away on Saturday.
