Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

April 1 Prayer Requests

Thank you for all your continued prayers. Here are our prayer requests for this week:
  • Please keep Angie K's family in your prayers, as Angie died Sunday (funeral is Wednesday at the UCC). Especially pray for her three boys.
  • Margaret B, Mary Alice's close friend, fell and is in very fragile health at St. Rita's.

  • Megan J: had to go to the hospital for pain Saturday night
  • Michael S.
  • Shirley B: ill
  • Case & Alma V (Dave B's friend in New Jersey)
  • Ed K.
  • Bob H.
  • Kevin S: is struggling teaching full time and working on his Masters Degree.
  • Lucy @ Luther Pines: hospitalized

  • Jill W: fell off a stage and broke her leg
  • Lois P (Homer's mother-in-law): radiation treatment
  • Homer's sugar

We also celebrate with Al and Janet M in their new granddaughter arriving stateside from Korea!!!
