Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

March 25 Prayer Requests

We had several praise reports this week: Beth K reported that her daughter is getting married this weekend, Ralph S reported that it was Barb's birthday, Lynne's parents celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary, and Mindy's Epiphany (prison ministry) weekend went well!

Our requests this week are as follows:
  • Drew M: chemo, recovering from surgery
  • Edie O: still in hospital (step down unit)
  • Shirley B: still not feeling well
  • Audrey W: knee
  • Laura W
  • Homer G
  • Homer's mother in law, Lois
  • Deb K: arm
  • Scott M.
  • Eric S: not healing correctly and will be re-evaluated in a week (and getting discouraged)
  • Mark N: a friend of Dean S who had a bad motorcycle accident.
  • Michael S.
  • The family of John S.
