Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

September 3 Prayer Requests

Thank you for all of your prayers. There are many who need them desperately. This week, please pray for the following requests:

  • Irene H: cataract surgery Wednesday
  • Case V
  • The family of Sue Dirkson
  • A marriage

Also please keep the Lorenz family from Wuppertal in your prayers - Frau Lorenz is recovering from an intestinal operation and is facing eye surgery, and Herr Lorenz is recovering in the hospital from a bronchial operation.

Thanks again for all your prayers. Please continue to pray for the ministries of our church, that we may strengthen Christians and that we may share Christ with those who need Him!
