Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

December 16 Prayer Requests


Here are our prayer requests from this snowy Sunday:

  • Jessie C (Colin C's mother): surgery went well; pray for her as she recovers
  • Lindsey C (Colin C's neice - whose pregnancy complications we were praying over): lost her baby this week
  • Chuck P.
  • Barb W's neighbor Ken
  • Trina G.
  • Chris W: is to report to Lima's National Guard post Jan. 2, and will be deployed to Ft. Hood, TX Jan. 5. From Ft. Hood he will be deployed to Kuwait in March. His term of duty states 1 year, however in the "fine print" it says no more the 400 days.
