Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

August 26 Prayer Requests

  • Collin & Penny C celebrated their 27th anniversary.
  • Walter & Joanna S celebrated their 6th anniversary.

  • Nancy O, in the death of her husband
  • Irene H: recovering at the manor from knee surgery
  • Dennis C: preparing for liver transplant

  • Homer G: had some tests Friday - got some different medications, but is still awaiting results for some of the tests. Please also pray for his wife, who is having some difficulty with her legs.
  • The family of Anna L (who died a few weeks ago): her mother died this week
