Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

January 7 Prayer Requests

Please join me in praying for the following requests:
  • Paul K: the doctors found the infection that had caused his down-turn and are now giving him antibiotics to treat it. He is comfortable (and still at the Acres).
  • Madeline H: is having a miraculous recovery! Doctors are suggesting that she might get to go home in March!! Please continue to pray for her and her family.
  • Deb K: in the hospital with a badly broken arm
  • Eric S
  • Bruce G: broken ankle (8 weeks out)
  • Homer G's sugar
  • Ed K.
  • Mark H.
  • June R.
  • Angie K.
  • Case V.
  • Michael S.
  • Margaret B.

  • The family of Norma K, who passed away this week.

We also celebrate with Rachel B, as she and her fiancee Ben will be married this coming October!
