Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

March 26 Prayer Requests

Please forgive me for failing to post last week's requests!!! I will include them with this weeks.
  • Edison K: celebrated his 92nd birthday by going home from the nursing home. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) he realized that he wasn't strong enough to be home and had to go back to the nursing home.
  • Margaret S. is facing surgery
  • Cecile G.
  • Evie E: had her house broken into
  • Merlin H.
  • Tara V: laryngitis
  • Gene & Irene H
  • Gene O: had an accident on his scooter and is pretty banged up
  • Kristen: high-risk pregnancy
  • Dorothy K: surgery Monday (3/27)
  • Courtney C: flu (was sick all week)
  • Steve K's grandmother Luella
  • Mike B & family - house fire
  • Laura W.
  • Scott M.
  • Angie K.
  • Louann's niece Teresa - her husband Adam is in Afghanistan
  • Mindy S: serving on Epiphany (prison ministry) team
  • Lester S: serving on men's Emmaus (spiritual retreat) team

Also please remember to pray for the missionaries who are putting their lives on the line for the Gospel every day.
