Prayer

Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well.
And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. -James 5:13-15

Christmas Prayer Requests

First of all, thank you for making our Christmas Eve and Christmas services so wonderful. It was great to see so many of you at 7:30 for the children's play and choir program, at 11:00 for the candlelight service, and again on Christmas morning for donut Sunday and for worship!

We shared many prayer requests this weekend; please continue to keep praying for those for whom Christmas isn't a happy time, whether they have lost a loved one, whether they don't have anywhere to go, or if they are in the military (or have loved ones in the military) and can't be with the ones they love.

Please remember the following in your prayers:
  • Angie K and family (cancer)
  • Linda N
  • Paul W.
  • Kathy and Dick M.
  • Barb O.
  • Case V (friend of Dave B)
  • Tom K, in the loss of his sister, Kathleen
  • Micheale's sister June
  • Dave S
  • Lois S - hip replacement coming up on Jan. 10
  • Ralph K
  • Matt D. (and Gretchen and Troy)
  • Shirley C
  • Chris F

Also remember the families of Ann Bardill, Sue Anthony, and Alma Gephart.

Thanks for your faithful prayers!
